The big difference with Mansfield Overhead Door, LLC (MOD) is the Owner and President, Kevin Cullers. Before Kevin started MOD in 2008, Kevin was in the construction industry for 28 years. This allows Kevin to be able to bring a wide array of knowledge to the job and accept those non-typical jobs that other garage door companies would not even attempt. With Kevin’s construction knowledge, he will be upfront and honest and will advise you whether or not things can be done and done safely so the structural integrity of your house or business is not compromised. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name I spoke to. I called this company to get a quote for service after being told by the company that INSTALLED my door, it would be $105 for a service call. The gentleman I spoke to informed me that he lived in Mansfield and his quotes were free. Now I don't have a clue about garage doors and maybe to the next person $105 wouldn't seem pricey. Something just said call a couple of other businesses. The gentleman I spoke to was sooo polite and so helpful. I told him what was going on and he told me OVER the phone what was wrong.
